Please follow the link below and pick a time and fill out the information.  You will be reminded of your appointment, via e-mail, two days prior to your appointment time you have chosen.

If you run late for the appointment time you select we will, unfortunately, not be able to accommodate you as we are following CDC guidelines.  You will need to cancel your appointment and reschedule.  We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Student Registration/Parent Appointments

 

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE MESSAGE FOR IMPORTANT INFORMATION!  

In-School Registrations and Required Document Drop Offs can be made BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!

To schedule an appointment, review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up.

When entering the building, you will need to take a seat in the front lobby.  Mrs. Foster will call you into the office when it is time for your appointment. 

You will need to sign in at the counter and fill in the appropriate information that is being asked on the Sign In Sheet.

Following CDC guidelines and to ensure the safety and health of everyone, we thank you in advance for abiding by the following expectations:

  • Please take your temperature prior to coming to the school.
  • Individuals with symptoms of COVID are not permitted into the building (i.e. fever, cough, shortness of breath).
  • Individuals that have been exposed to anyone with COVID are not permitted into the school.
  • No more than 1 person will be permitted to enter the building during your appointment time.
  • No children are permitted into the building at this time.
  • A mask must be worn while in the building.
  • All persons should use hand sanitizer upon entering the building and exiting the building.

You may be in one or more of the below stages of the process.  We ask that you please read very carefully this information, and the information on the “Sign-up Genius” link, prior to selecting one of the offered dates and times for appointments.

 

  • If you were able to complete the registration process on-line please be sure to bring in all “original” documents for verification. 
  • If you are coming from another HCPS school, beginning next week we will be able to complete your registration. 
  • If you weren’t able to complete the on-registration process, beginning next week we will be able to complete your registration.
  • If you are applying for a Boundary Exception to our school you must register at your home-school and have the approved Boundary Exception prior to setting up a registration appointment.
  • If you are applying for a Boundary Exception to another school and we are your home school you must register with us and receive the approved Boundary Exception prior to setting up an appointment at the other school.

 

All Documents that are brought in must be the originals.  We cannot take a copy.

  • Your Driver's License/Photo ID
  • Student's original Birth Certificate
  •   If you do not have a Birth Certificate you may bring in:
  •   *Passport/Visa
  •   *Physician's Certificate
  •   *Baptismal 
  •   *Hospital Certificate (not the one with foot prints)
  •   *Parent's Affidavit
  •   *Birth Registration
  • Proof of Residency
    • BGE Bill (entire Bill)                  (Dated within 30 days of appointment)
    • Cable/Internet Bill (entire Bill    (Dated within 30 days of appointment)
    • Land Line Telephone Bill (entire Bill) (Dated within 30 days of appointment)
    • If you do not have one of these please contact Mrs. Foster at [email protected] 
  • Student's Social Security Card
  • Custody Papers (if applicable)
  • Shot records
  • IF registering for Pre-K the 1040 of the person who claimed the student
  • PLEASE MAKE SURE the name on the Proof of Birth matches the name on the driver's license and the Proof of Residency.  If is doesn't you will need to bring in:   1.  A marriage license
    2.  A divorce decree                                                              3.  A change of name Court Document                           IF YOU FORGET any of the documents or are running late for your appointment we will have to reschedule your appointment.  We apologize for this but we must adhere to the CDC and HCPS Guidelines.

After your appointment, you will need to sign out.  If you need assistance or have questions, please call the school (410-939-6622) during the hours noted on the sign up. These dates and times will be the only hours the office will be open.
